Computer Guys provides a good outsourced solution where they holistically look at our systems and help to maintain and make recommendations for upgrades and procurement. The team in place ensures continuity but without the hassle of managing an extra headcount to fulfil the IT-related function, and allows us to focus exclusively on growing our core business. We enjoy the quick response, continuity of knowledge of our systems and it is comparable to having an internal IT helpdesk on call. This is definitely a good solution to look at for smaller businesses that cannot support a full-time internal IT staff but still rely heavily on their IT infrastructure to run their business.
